Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular-priced items, if the item has a defect or if you received the wrong product. Please email photos of the defect to themelroselabel@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, not worn or washed.

What we count as a defect:

• Broken zipper or buttons
• Torn fabric or unfinished stitches
• Colour stains (from the original packaging)

We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.
